There are a few voices of landlord tenant related information with an Illinois/Chicago focus on the internet. Some are good. Some are… not so good.
One of the really good ones is the website of Kay Cleaves, a real estate agent for Baird and Warner. Kay’s website, strawstickstone.com has something for landlords, tenants, and homeowners. Her writing is informative, witty, smart, and a bit irreverent. She easily demonstrates her knowledge of the landlord tenant world and the blog is a good read. Definitely worth checking out.
